 9 oz Minute Steaks
 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese (shredded)
 1 Green Pepper
 1 White Onion (small)
 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 Egg Roll Wrappers

Cook minute steaks adding green peppers, onion, and garlic. Drain thoroughly to remove excess fat.

Allow to cool then add cheese to mixture.

Spoon Mixture into egg roll wrappers and seal.

Fry Immediately at 375°F until golden brown (3-5 mins) or Freeze for later.

AIR FRYER Instructions
Lightly mist with oil or cooking spray. You can dip a paper towel in oil and use it to gently brush the outside of the egg roll.

Cook at 400°F
Unfrozen - for 4 mins and flip and cook for an additional 4 mins or until outside is light brown and desired color achieved.
Frozen - for 6 mins flip and cook for an additional 6 mins or until outside is light brown and desired color is achieved.
