Our youngest member of Bear Kitchen has an allergy to milk and dairy. When he comes to visit we have to be very careful about what and how we cook food for him.

 1 cup FlourI needed an extra 1/4 cup to thicken the batter
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 cup Water
 ¼ cup Cooking Oil
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 Toppings of Your ChoiceBlueberries are in the picture.

Mix all of the ingredients.

If your batter is too thin, add some extra flour until the desired consistency is reached.

Cook on a well heated and greased griddle.

**They will be thinner than regular pancakes**
