This fully loaded baked potato is a great substitute for Taco Tuesday!

 1 Large Potato
 3.50 oz Ground Beef
 1 cup Lettuce; shredded
 ¼ cup Bear Kitchen Salsaor store bought
 2 tbsp Guacamole
 ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
 Salt & Pepper
 Smoked Paprika; optionalAdd a smoky flavor

Heat oven to 450°F.

Poke the potato with a fork a couple times.

Drizzle some cooking oil on the potato. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on it. Wrap the potato tightly with foil.

Bake for 45 - 60 minutes. Flip the potato around 30 minutes.

Brown the ground beef.

Remove the potato from the oven. Cut in half, and sprinkle smoked paprika (if using).

Put everything on the plate and ENJOY!!
