Preheat oven to 350°F

Peel and cut the sweet potato into desired widths, I prefer thinner fries to keep a crunch but if you want to make a wedge or thick cut fry you may need to cook longer.

In a large bowl coat with avocado oil and add rosemary salt (or sea salt if you prefer). Toss until coated evenly

Cook for 40 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
