Light and refreshing can be used for a side, snack, or condiment. Can even be used to add flavor to the Tuna of the Land (chicken) or any other recipe that calls for it.

*Chef Note*
This recipe tastes good straight out of the blender however it does taste much better after it has time for the flavors to marry so make it the day before for best results.
Add Jalepenos, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Honey, Cilantro, Tomato Paste, Green Chilis, Lime Juice, Cumin, & Minced Garlic to the food processor and pulse one or two seconds to incorporate the ingredients roughly.
Add Diced Tomatoes to the blender and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
*Tomatoes added after all other ingredients are roughly incorporated leaves a slightly chunkier salsa if you prefer you can omit the added step and do this all together just note the tomatoes will break down much faster then the onion and jalapenos which will lead to a thinner salsa.
