Sweet Heat is the name of the game. You will want to make this several hours before you need it though the flavors need time to get happy. If you're feeling froggy you can use fresh pineapple the recipe works out to roughly 1/2 of a medium pineapple.

 2 Cans Sliced Pineapple
 3 tbsp Honey
 ½ A lime worth of Juice
 Salt to TasteWe used approx 0.5 tbsp
 ½ Jalepeno Pepper (Roasted & Seeded)
 ½ OnionWhite/Red/Pick your favoite
 ½ Anaheim Chili (Roasted & Seeded)
 ½ Red Bell Pepper

Heat grill or grill pan to high.

Place Pineapple, Anaheim Pepper & Jalepeno on grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired grill marks are achieved. Let cool and put in food processor with remaining ingredients.

Pulse until desire consistency is achieved, refrigerate for minimum 1 hour prior to serving.
