Sometimes you need a gravy for a dish and sometimes you don't have enough time to do it the long way. Here is a quick and easy solution.

 2 cups Chicken, Beef, or Turkey Stock
 2 Chicken or Beef Bullion Cubes
 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 ¼ tsp Dried Thyme
 ½ tsp Dried Sage
 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
 Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine stock and bullion in a medium saucepan and mix until bullion dissolves pour into a measuring cup or another bowl and set aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the flour, onion powder, thyme, sage, and rosemary and cook for 1 minute to cook the flour. Slowly whisk in the stock until smooth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, whisking, until smooth and thick, about 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
