Crunchy. Cheesy. Greasy. The taste of PA should be in your kitchen tonight!

 2 8" Italian Sub Roll
 1 Small Box of Minute Steak
 1 Onion; chopped
 1 Bell Pepper; chopped
 3 tbsp Butter; melted
 1 tsp Garlic; chopped
 4 Slices of Cheddar
 Salt & Pepper; to taste
 MayonaiseOptional

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Melt butter in the microwave at 10 sec intervals.

Add garlic and a pinch of Salt & Pepper.

Cut the rolls lengthwise about 3/4 of the way through. Then cut them down the middle.

Brush the butter over the outside of both sides of the rolls. Reserve some butter for the sauté pan.

Toast in the oven for about 5-10 mins. Watch carefully you don't want to too crunchy.

Heat up a large skillet with some oil and your leftover melted butter over medium low heat.

Chop and sauté onions until they begin to caramelize, about 5-10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

**Are your rolls done?!

Chop the pepper into bitesized pieces. Then add them to the skillet for another 5 minutes. Remove Onions and Peppers and set aside.

Turn heat up to medium high with some more oil and place your Minute Steaks into the skillet.

**Place a lid on top for a minute to help defrost the steak.

Chop up the steak. Add the onions and peppers back in. Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper.

Once the steak is cooked through, place the 4 slices of cheddar on top, and let it melt.

Smear some mayonnaise on the inside of your rolls (optional). Then scoop everything in.

Enjoy with some tatter tots or fries, and don't forget your napkin!
