 2 Pie crustsStore bought
 28 oz Canned Spiced Peaches
 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup All Purpose Flour
 1 ½ tsp Unsalted Butter
 1 Egg Beaten
1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

2

Place one store bought crust in a 9" pie pan (preferably glass so you can make sure the crust is cooked). Set to the side.

*Pie crust should be room temperature for this step but follow the instructions on the box if in doubt.

3

In a large mixing bowl add in the peaches, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Stir until well combined.

4

Sprinkle in the all purpose flour, and gold the ingredients until everything is well incorporated.

5

Toss in the butter, and fold the ingredients.

6

Next, pour the peach mixture into the pie dish on top off the crust.

7

Cover with the second crust. Leave while or lattice of you're feeling froggy.

8

Brush the crust with the beaten egg.

9

Bake the pie in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Maybe more, you don't want a soggy bottom.

* Good idea to put a pan or something under the pie to catch any oozing.

10

Serve with Ice Cream & Enjoy!
