This copycat Sweet & Sour sauce is a direct copycat from McDonald's and in my opinion its far superior.

¼ cup Apricot Preserves

¼ cup Peach Preserves

2 tbsp Corn Starch

5 tsp White Vinegar

½ tsp Soy Sauce

½ tsp Mustard

¼ tsp Salt

⅛ tsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ tsp Cornstarch

2 tbsp Water

Combine all ingredients except water and using an emersion blender combine until smooth

Add Water and bring to a boil for 5 mins.
