Leaving the shell on the shrimp not only adds a level of authenticity but prevents the shrimp from turning to rubber while steaming, You have been warned!

 1 cup BeerNatty-Boh & Yuengling are BK recommended but any work.
 1 cup Water
 1 lb Red Potatoes (Chunked)
 2 Ears of Corn (Halved)
 Old Bay to Taste
 1 lb EZ Peel Shrimp Tail & Shells left on!
 1 tsp Tobasco Sauce
 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Melted)
 1 Lemon (Wedged)

Add beer and water to 6 to 8 quart pot and bring to boil

Toss Potatoes & Corn with Old Bay Seasoning in a large bowl. Use as much or as little seasoning as you would like.

Place steaming basket into pot and add potatoes first and corn on top. Cover and steam for approximately 8 to 10 minutes (until potatoes are soft) then remove to serving platter.

Remove two tablespoons of cooking liquid to small saucepan. Then return steaming pot to boil.

Toss shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning. Place in pot with steamer basket for 5 minutes. Remove to serving platter with corn & potatoes

*If using pre-peeled shrimp reduce time to 3-4 minutes to prevent over-cooking.

While shrimp are steaming combine butter & Tabasco sauce in the small saucepan with the previously removed cooking liquid and melt butter and mix well to create "Spicy Beer Butter"

Drizzle Spicy Beer Butter over serving platter and serve with lemon wedges.
