After a long day at work, the last thing I wanted to do was stop at the store... but we needed Caesar dressing for dinner. Then I realized that we had all of the ingredients at home!! #DIYCondiments
Makes 2 cups.
Place Mayo, Dijon, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt, & Pepper into a food processor.
Process until well blended.
While the processor is running, slowly pour the olive oil into the mixture.
Add parmesan and pulse for 5 or 6 times.
Add more salt and pepper to taste. I added at least another 3 pinches of pepper and another 1 pinch of salt.
Transfer to airtight jar and store in the fridge.
