So you bought brown sugar, and it got shoved to the back of the pantry. Now you really want to make some chocolate chip cookies. You go to get the brown sugar and it's solid as a rock! Sure you could have put a marshmallow in the bag (but hindsight is always 20/20)... or you can make exactly what you need when you need it.

I haven't bought brown sugar in years! With this recipe I only make what I need with no waste.

 1 cup White Sugar
 1 tbsp Molasses

Pour sugar into a large bowl.

Pour Molasses into the sugar.

PROTIP: Spray the Tablespoon with some PAM to keep Molasses from sticking to the spoon.

Using a spoon incorporate the Molasses until it looks and feels like wet sand.

Or get in there with your hands and start squeezing and mixing!

This will result in slightly more than a 1 cup of TIGHTLY packed Brown Sugar.
