1 Banana
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Brown Sugar
¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
14 oz Roasted Peanuts

Turn on the broiler

Peel and cut your banana in half lengthwise

Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the banana halves.

Place banana under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until sugar is caramelized.

Scoop yogurt into a plate, place the banana halves round it, and top with peanuts.
