This boozy treat takes a deceptively long time to make. To achieve maximum saturation and prevent hard centers they must sit for the full time (or longer).

Lemon Vodka - Cranberry & Pineapple Juice

*This recipe will have no direct measurements that is because it is variable on the size of the gummy bears, size of the container, quantity, etc.

1

Put gummy bears in a container and pour enough of your preferred vodka to just cover them. Stir. Put them in a fridge for about 2 hours.

2

Take them out and stir them. They most likely will be sticking, separate stuck bears and stir.

A portion of the liquid is going to be soaked up, this is ok. Once stirred, back in the fridge for about 8 hours until almost all of the alcohol is consumed.

3

Add more vodka to cover them. Stir to break up the ones stuck together and back in fridge for about another 8 or so hours.

4

Stir and then add some non alcoholic something (fruit juice) that will compliment the flavor of the gummies and chosen vodka. Stir once again and back in the fridge for another 12 hours.

5

After that, taste test. If center is still slightly hard, add some more vodka/non alcoholic drink to cover and then soak for additional 12 hours.

6

After that they are now fully saturated with liquid. Strain in colander to remove excess liquid. You have to keep final product always refrigerated or frozen.

Enjoy!
