Tired of the boring Jerk, Hawaiian, or BBQ marinades? This is a delightful take on a savory classic. Sweet chili sauce does not kick you in the back of the throat with heat but you can easily add something spicy if you're looking for it.

  cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 ½ cup Honey
 ½ cup Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
 2 tbsp Garlic, Minced
 1 tbsp Ginger, Minced
 Juice of 1 Lime
 2 lbs Chicken Wingsthighs, legs, breast, quarters, also work

Thaw chicken and hold aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl until honey is dissolved.

Add chicken to mixture and allow to marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours (longer is better).

If chicken has exposed sections rotate pieces in the marinade frequently.

*Note: You can use a large ZipLoc or Food Saver bag if available.

Preheat Grill to 350°F.

Add Chicken and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.

*If grill has "hot spots" rotate chicken to prevent burning however avoid excessive flipping/rotating to prevent chicken from drying out.

Allow chicken to rest prior to serving.
