This simple one-pot meal is hearty enough for teenagers and satisfying after a long day at work. Requiring minimal effort to assemble and cook. Reheats well so make dinner and take some for work the next day.

 1 lb Ground Beef
 2 cups Water
 2 ½ cups Elbow Macaroni
 32 oz Beef Broth
 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
 10 oz Whole Corn Kernal
 15 oz Petitie Diced Tomatoes
 10 oz RO-TEL
 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 1 Large White Onion
 1 tsp Oil (Avocado, Olive, Etc)
 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
 2 Bay Leaves
 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
 1 tsp Cumin
 Salt (to taste)
 Black Pepper (to taste)
 Sriracha Sauce (to taste)

Brown Ground Beef until HALF Cooked.

Add Oil, Garlic, and Onion and finish browning ground beef.

Add Tomato Sauce, Stewed Tomatoes, Broth, Corn, Water, Italian Seasoning, Bay Leaves, Salt, & Pepper. Mix well.

Lower heat and cover. Cook for 10 Minutes.

Add uncooked macaroni to the pot and stir in well.

Cover once again and allow to simmer for about 30 Minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Once cooked remove the Bay Leaves

Add Cheddar Cheese mix well and serve.
