Sweet & Spicy and fall off the bone tender. This asian marinade will give a new flavor to your spare ribs.

 3 lbs Baby Back Ribs
Marinade
 4 ChilliesUse 1 Poblano Pepper for less heat
 6 Cloves of Garlic; peeled
 2 Inch Knob of Ginger; peeledUse a spoon to scrape the skin off
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 2 tsp Onion Powder
 2 tsp Garlic Powder
 2 tsp Sea Salt
 ½ cup White Vinegar
 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
 ¼ cup Water

Remove the sinew membrane from the back of the ribs

Place all of the marinade ingredients whole in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Place the ribs on a lined cooking sheet. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over both sides of the ribs.

Place in the fridge for 1 hr (up to 12hrs).

Lets the ribs sit at room temp for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300°F fan (350°F conventional).

Tightly cover ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

Place the remaining 1/2 of the marinade in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Set aside for later.

Remove ribs from oven and turn the broiler on high.

Carefully remove the foil from the top of the ribs. Cover the ribs with the thickened marinade.

Place the ribs back under the broiler, for 5-10 minutes or until the edges start to blacken.
