Need a quick bread type thing to go with your spaghetti or as a side for a meal? This lovely recipe is so simple and very yummy, but be warned just like those potato chips that you can't stop once you have "popped" once you try it you'll definitely be wanting more.

1.) I used store brand biscuits, found in the refrigerated foods section somewhere near the dairy products. You can use the smaller cans but make sure to reduce the other ingredients appropriately.

2.) I used approximately 2 tbsp parsley in my version without any issues, you may need to play this one by ear.

Yields9 Servings
Prep Time10 minsCook Time25 minsTotal Time35 mins
24 oz Buttermilk Biscuits2 large cans.
 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
 6 tbsp Butter (melted)
 ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1

Preheat the oven to 400°F
Remove biscuits from cans and cut each into 6 pieces.
Melt Butter and mix in remaining ingredients (you can reserve some grated Parmesan to add later or add more, it wont hurt anything)
Add butter mixture to the biscuits and mix by hand, try to cover the surface of the biscuits.

2

Add 5 or 6 pieces to each muffin tin, the goal is to fill each tin a little over-filling won't hurt it.
Cook for 15 mins and rotate the muffin tin in the oven to cook evenly. *sprinkle extra Parmesan on top of each biscuit at this point if you'd like.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

3

Check biscuits to see if they have browned and cooked through. Depending on the amount of dough in each tin it may require a little more time.

ENJOY!
