Tangy, creamy, fresh, with a hint of garlic (and heat if you use the sriracha). Perfect addition to your tacos, nachos, salads, and much more!

*Chef's Note* Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Also, these proportions are flexible, you can add more or less juice/zest/salt to your liking

 8 oz Sour Cream
 1 Lime
 ¼ tsp Garlic PowderSub 1 clove finlely minced if preferred
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)

Zest the lime, then squeeze the juice into a small bowl.

Add about 1 tsp of the zest and 1 Tbsp of the juice to the sour cream, along with the garlic and salt. Stir to combine and use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Store the lime crema in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Add sriracha at this point if you desire.
