The meat will fall right off the bones!! This dry rub coupled with Ben's BBQ Sauce will be the perfect dinner on a warm summer night!

 3 lbs Baby Back Ribs
 Ben's BBQ Sauceor any Memphis Style BBQ Sauce
Dry Rub Seasoning
 ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 1 tsp Ground Cumin
 2 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Dried Oregano
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Kosher Salt
 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
 Cooking Oil

Bring ribs up to room temp.

Preheat oven to 325ºF

Mix Dry Rub ingredients in a bowl.

Line roasting pan with aluminum foil and cut ribs into 2-3 large sections to easily fit in your pan.

Drizzle oil over ribs, sprinkle Dry Rub over all sides, and rub it in.

Cover ribs with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs is up, lower temp to 300ºF for 1 hour.

After ribs cook for the full 3 hrs, take them out of the oven and smother with your bbq sauce.

Place back in the oven, uncovered, for 15 mins.

Finish off the ribs with the broiler for 5 mins to give them a nice smokey char.
