Easy Dill Pickle Recipe. Please note that once "cooked" there is a 4 week pickling stage. While they are ok at approximately 2 weeks the longer they have the better.

This is Version 1 for Pickle Recipe. Stay tuned for possible updates.

 10 Pickling Cucumbers
 ¾ tbsp Dried Dill Seed (NOT weed)
 3 Cloves GarlicCoarse Chop
 4 cups Water
 2 cups White Vinegar
 4 tbsp Kosher Salt Do Not Use Iodized Salt!
 2 tsp Pickling
 1 tsp White Sugar
 10 Peppercorn Kernals
 2 Jarsor 1 Big One.

Bring Water and Vinegar to a boil

Remove skins from Garlic and smash before adding to boiling water

Add Salt, Sugar, Dill, & Peppercorns to Boiling Water. Allow to boil for 5 minutes before removing from heat.

Allow this mixture to return to room temperature before proceeding. I had to put it in the fridge to cut time down.

Cut Cucumbers into desired size/shape.

Place in jars then add the cooled water/vinegar/stuff mixture. *Try to split the garlic, dill, peppercorns between any subsequent jars for consistent taste.

Allow to sit in fridge for 4 weeks before serving.
