2 tsp Brown Sugar
¾ cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Turn on the broiler.

Core and slice the apple

Place apple slices in a bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top and toss until coated.

Place apples under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until the sugar is caramelized.

Scoop greek yogurt into a bowl. Place the apples on the side, and drizzle your heated caramel sauce on top.
**Heat caramel sauce at 5 second intervals.
