Went looking for something different and Tik Tok brought me this. Think Pizza Pocket meets Beef Pie. Hand-held or eat with a fork and knife, how you enjoy it is completely up to you!

*Chef's Note*

These really benefit from the addition of gravy to the mix, it can used as a dip or spooned on the final product but without it they will have very little flavor.

Dough
 360 g Flour
 4 g Salt
 110 g Butter
 60 g Water
Filling
 350 g Diced Beef
 300 g Diced Potatoes
 80 g Diced Onion
 3 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
 Salt & Pepper to Taste
 2 cups GravyAdded before closing (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix Flour, Salt, & Butter until a rough dough is formed

Mix in Water & Egg

Cut into 6 portions, form balls and set aside.

Combine filling ingredients and mix together.

Roll dough into a circle

Place filling on one half.

Add a spoonful of gravy on top of mix (optional)

Dab water along edge of 1/2 of the dough, fold over to create pastie and press along edges with fork to seal

Cut 3 slits in the top of the pastie.

Brush top of pastie with egg wash and bake for 1 hour.
