Preheat to 300. Spray an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Melt butter just until melted, low heat. Stir in sugar and salt.
Add in eggs and vanilla. Break yolks and stir just until blended.
Add in flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Fold and stir mixture until combined.
Pour into 8x8. (Line with sprayed parchment first ease of removal when cool) Spread into an even layer. Bake in preheated oven just until barely set, about 45 minutes, if not done bake another 10 and then in 5 for no more than one hour. (toothpick may have a bit of sticky batter, be careful not to over-bake)
