Super quick and easy Chicken Salad Recipe. Great for making a sandwich, wrap, dip, whatever you would like!

*Chef Note*

Shown here with the Crostini from the Bruschetta & Crostini recipe.

If you don't want to cook off the chicken you can substitute rotisserie chicken just add more ingredients to make up for the increase in chicken.

*Also the hot sauce in this is totally optional BUT for additional options you can swap the mustard for 1 or 2 tbsp of bbq sauce for a completely different take on the classic.

 2 Chicken Breast
 1 cup Mayonnaise I use the Olive Oil Mayo to be
 1 tbsp Dijon
 1 Celery Stalk (Chopped)
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper
 ½ Dill PickleYou can add more, how much do you like pickle?

Cook chicken using preferred method. Shred Chicken and add other ingredients.

Let chill before serving.
