1 cup Frozen Blueberries
⅓ cup Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
½ cup Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
1 cup Unsweet Almond Milk
3 tbsp Sweet Cream Coffee CreamerMore or less to control sweetness, or use sugar-free
1 tsp Vanilla Extractoptional

Add all ingredients to the blender. Small blenders, like the Bullet blenders, work great for this. Add the chia seeds at the end, so they don't stick to the bottom of the blender.
