Looking for a hearty chili? Perfect for a crisp fall day or a quick and easy dinner following a long hard day. Reheats well and guaranteed to please!

 1 cup Yellow Onion Diced
 1 cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
 1 Jalepeno
 1 lb Ground Beef
 15 oz Low-Sodium Beef Broth
 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 1 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
 ¾ tsp Dried Oregano
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 29 oz Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilis
 30 oz Black Beans, drained
 Mexican Blend Cheese for Topping

Add oil to pan and brown onion, jalepeno, and bell pepper, & minced garlic. Brown for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add ground beef to pan and brown until cooked

Transfer to crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring Occasionally.

*Can be cooked on the stovetop it should only take 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally.

Serve, add cheese if desired and Enjoy!
