This is a classic Chinese dish that might actually taste better than your local Chinese take out place!
Slice steak into 1/4" strips.
Place steak into a large bowl, add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Combine and marinate for 30-60 minutes minutes.
Meanwhile, chop your broccoli into bitesized pieces. Then, fill a pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, place broccoli in for ONLY 45 seconds. Then drain and set aside.
In another bowl or large measuring cup, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Heat some cooking oil and sesame oil in a pan (Remember sesame oil has a strong flavor; less is more), over medium-high heat.
Add the steak and garlic. Stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Add the sauce and broccoli. Cook for 2 more minutes or until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and serve with Bear Kitchen Fried Rice, white rice, or alone.
Top with sriracha or sesame seeds (optional), and don't forget the chop sticks!
