 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 2 tbsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Smoked PaprikaIf unavailable regular add 1 tbsp regular paprika.
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Mustard Powder
 ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together. Stir in an airtight container until ready to use.

Spice rub keeps for up to 3 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
