Homemade Brown Sugar

So you bought brown sugar, and it got shoved to the back of the pantry. Now you really want to make some chocolate chip cookies. You go to get the brown sugar and it’s solid as a rock! Sure you could have put a marshmallow in the bag (but hindsight is always 20/20)… or you can make exactly what you need when you need it.

I haven’t bought brown sugar in years! With this recipe I only make what I need with no waste.

Maryland Shrimp Boil

We may not like crabs but we will still eat like Marylanders!

Enjoy with Cider, Rose, or other crisp white white.

Leaving the shell on the shrimp not only adds a level of authenticity but prevents the shrimp from turning to rubber while steaming, You have been warned!

Chicken Burrito Bowls

This dinner literally comes together in under 10 minutes and takes 10 minutes to cook in the Instant Pot. This was my second meal in the IP and I’m sold.

Reheats well, so if there are any leftovers take them for work!

Goulash

This simple one-pot meal is hearty enough for teenagers and satisfying after a long day at work. Requiring minimal effort to assemble and cook. Reheats well so make dinner and take some for work the next day.
