I’m a duck in a human costume. I made friends with a couple of bears and I was convinced to share my picnic basket.I’m a firefighter duck who moonlights as an EMT. My diet consists of breadcrumbs that people throw at me and gallons of dirty pond water.I’m originally from New Zealand and found myself in the USA almost 3 years ago. I cooked professionally for almost 9 years, with 2 years of culinary school training.Ever seen a duck in a chef’s hat? It’s adorable. I hope to share a lot of classics from my Home Pond, and maybe learn some new recipes along the way.
