This Basic Quiche is a delightful addition to a party or as a grab and go breakfast item.

Crust
2 cups Flour
1 ⅛ sticks Butter
1 pinch Salt (to taste)
2 Egg Yolks
Liquid Filling
1 ¼ cups Heavy Whipped Cream
½ cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
4 Egg Yolks
2 Eggs (whole)
1 pinch Thyme
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Garlic Powder
1 pinch Chives
1 pinch Parsley
1 pinch Truffle Salt
1 Onion
Gruyere Cheese Block
1 Sweet Bell Pepper
Crust

Add crust ingredients (minus egg yolks) to food processor. Blitz until its a thick course mealy texture

Add the 2 egg yolks and water to food processor until it comes together as a dough.

Bake at 350F until crust is cooked mostly cooked.
Finish the Quiche

Cut Gruyere Cheese into 1/2 cm slabs and line the bottom of the crust to help prevent soggy bottoms.

Caramelize onion and sweet bell pepper.

Add filling ingredients and the onion & peppers to a bowl mix well and pour into crust.

Bake at 350 until filling has solidified.
