 3 lbs Ground Beef
 1 Diced Onion (Medium)
 4 oz Chopped Green Chilies
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 oz Ranch Dressing Mix
 2 oz Taco Seasoning
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tbsp Black Pepper
 10 oz Diced Tomatoes w/ Green ChiliesRotel or similar
 15 oz Whole Kernal Corn No Salt Added, Drained
 15 oz Black BeansWashed and Drained
 15 oz HominyDrained
 15 oz Ranch Style Beans
 6 cups Chicken Broth
Optional Items
 Tortilla Chips or Crackers
 Hot Sauce
 Shredded CheeseMexican of Fiesta Blends are best but Cheddar is great also.
 Sour Cream

Brown Ground Beef, Drain & Set Aside

Add Onion to pot and cook until translucent.

Add remaining ingredients to pot (if necessary add water to ensure ingredients are covered well)

Simmer over Low/Med heat for 20-30 mins.

Serve with Tortilla Chips or Crackers and Enjoy!
