The simplicity of Hamburger Helper but more refined. This is a quick and easy dinner option that is sure to satisfy.

 1 lb Ground Beef
 1 lb Pasta
 15 oz No Bean Chili
 8 oz Velveeta Cheese
 2 oz Jalepeno Cheddaryou can just add 2 oz more Velveeta if you prefer.
 1 cup 2% Milk
 2 tbsp Lime Juice
 ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Chili Powder
 1 tsp Paprika
 ¼ tsp Chipolte or Cayenne Pepper
 ¼ tsp Cumin
 Salt & Pepper to Taste

Boil pasta to Al-Dente according to the instructions on the box.

Brown Beef, drain grease if desired

Add all ingredients to the pot and over medium heat combine until cheese is melted and contents are at desired temperature.
